Delivery, Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

DELIVERY

 
All orders will be despatched within 2 working days, via Royal Mail or UPS, and will require a signature on delivery.

Back Orders

If an item is unavailable we will contact you and if agreeable, we will place it on back order for you.  We will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You have the right to cancel goods that you have ordered from us for any reason within seven working days from your receipt of the goods. You can choose to have a full refund or an exchange. This right is revoked if you have taken the product from its packaging and used it.

Please be aware that you need to return the goods to us using a safe and secure means of postage and that this return is at your own cost. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post, so we would advise use of an insured means of return.

Please obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) before returning items to us. We will not accept returns that are unauthorised. E-Mail Sales@Whitbyandco.co.uk including your order reference to receive your RAN.

You will receive a refund or exchange within 14 days unless we have a query with your return, in which case we will contact you within 10 working days to discuss.

 

Faulty Goods

In the event of any product being found to be faulty within 28 days of receipt, we will replace with a new product, or at your option we will offer you a refund. After 28 days but under 24 months we will arrange a repair or replacement with a product of equal value if your product is no longer available.
